How do I create an account?

Creating a RDM customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. Please note that RDM does not store credit card information for your security. You can also see keep track of all purchases made while logged into your account. You will be prompted to create an account with your first purchase.

How can I recover/change my password?

If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the “lost your password” link under My Account. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a “reset password” link along with direction as to how to recover or change your password.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information by logging into your customer account – https://myrdm.com/my-account/

How do I subscribe to your email newsletter?

Subscribe to our emails simply and easily by entering your email address here.

How do I unsubscribe to your email newsletter?

To be removed from our email list, simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of the email received.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, International Orders

What Methods of Payment are accepted?

Currently RDM accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, America Express, MasterCard, Discover.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed on MyRDM.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.

My Order shows delivered, where is it?

With the UPS and USPS tracking number provided please contact your local Post Office for any further delivery details, for UPS, visit their website link which was sent to you with your tracking information. If you still have not received your order please contact our Customer Service Department at 972.771.0300 or email info@MyRDM.com for assistance.

What happens if a product is backordered?

Should an item on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available, you will not be charged for that item until it ships out to you.

What are your delivery options?

If ground is selected, your order will ship via the USPS or UPS. If our 2 day or overnight shipping options are selected, your order will ship via UPS.

I received damaged products what is your return policy?

If you receive products that were damaged in transit, please contact us right away and we will rectify as quickly as possible. Please call our Customer Service at 972.771.0300 for an RA#.

If I need to returned an item, what do I do?

RDM will issue a refund only on any UNOPENED item if it is within 7 business days of receiving. Please call our office to get a RA#, we will refund your item as soon as it is received in our warehouse.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

RDM currently does not offer gift wrapping.

I am an international customer. Where can I purchase your products?

RDM will ONLY ship within the USA.  For International orders, please email us and we will refer you to a contact in your country.

Do you accept international Credit Cards?

Where do I enter a promo items?

Promotions are ordered the same way that other items are ordered in your shopping cart.

Are there limits to promo items?

Yes, they are available while supply lasts only – no backorders on these.

Does RDM offer free samples?

RDM ships out free samples with every order. While supplies last, quantity is based on the size of your order.
