Tranexamicum is specially formulated to balance skin tone and reduce melanin production. It is also a tyrosinase inhibitor, which reduces the production of melanin, preventing the appearance of dark spots on the skin. TRANEXAMIC ACID showed a reduction in tyrosinase activity, key enzyme of melanin synthesis, only in the presence of conditioned keratinocytes. These results indicate that Tranexamic Acid inhibits melanin synthesis not by direct action on melanocytes but by the inhibition of the melanocyte activators contained in the conditioned keratinocyte culture.

USAGE:
Cleanse the skin properly follow MCCM products recommendation. Dilute the Tranexamicum with Serum Solution: dilute 5ml Serum Solution. Add 2cc of Oligoelements for oily skin or Hyaluronic acid 1% for dry skin depending on the skin to be treated.
This combination is also great to apply with microneedling (0.5 - 1.0 mm) with optimized results. Inject 1- 2 mm deep in the area with pigmentation or melasma, using the nappage or intradermic injection technique. Use a 30G or 32G, 4mm Needle for injection; we can also use 1mm dermaroller or dermapen. One session every 2 weeks for recommended 8 - 10 sessions. During the treatment phase, patients should prevent sun exposure. Apply Sun Cream SPF 50+. This treatment may increase sensitivity to UV radiation so Sun Cream application is a MUST.
